How to register for the events

1. Party Book reservations will be taken on BOTH campuses on:
   
   Tuesday January 13, 2004
   8:00 A.M. to 9:30 A.M.
   2:30 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
   
   Registration tables, weather permitting, will be located outside the main entrance on each campus. In case of inclement weather, registration will be moved indoors.
   
   
2. Registration is on a “first-come first-serve” basis. Prices are fixed. Full payment by check, Mastercard or Visa must be made at the time of reservation. Please do not put your Party Book volunteers in an awkward position by asking them to “hold” party space without payment.
   
   
3. Be aware that parties will sell out quickly. In order to be fair, there are restrictions on the number of reservations any one person may make for a single party. One person may make and pay for reservations for him or herself and up to three other people.
   
   
4. All sales are final. There may be no refunds or exchanges except in the event a party is cancelled. If you are unable to attend a party for which you have purchased a space, please call the Development Office. There may be a waiting list for that party, in which case you may sell your space to the first person on the list. If there is no list, you are welcome to sell or give your space to another guest.
   
   
5. Since Party Book offerings have been donated, all proceeds will benefit ISTP.
