Mr. Janvier has earned numerous accolades and awards. He was named one of the Top Ten Pastry Chefs in America in both 1998 and 1999. He also won gold medals in U.S. Competitions and the National Dessert Competition in 2002.

Mr. Janvier will whip up three delicious and wickedly tempting desserts, demonstrating in the process all the skills and art involved in preparing French pastries. But, before indulging your sweet tooth, you will be offered lunch, compliments of the Tamer family along with champagne.
