|  | On Saturday, February 4, 2012, 25 Advancement Professionals from 13 different schools gathered for the third North Amercian conference of French and International Schools! The International School of the Peninsula, located 30 miles south of San Francisco in Palo Alto, hosted for this exciting one-day conference.
 The schedule included 6 different tracks designed to facilitate conversations and sharing among the participants. Keynote speaker Pascal Baudry and the Major Donor Panel were both very insightful and knowledgeable about the differences between the French and American cultures. The conference was full of moments to learn, collaborate, and re-energize our efforts!
We look forward to next year's AFIS conference and the opportunity to once again discuss issues specific to working within a multicultural environment.
